very hard to get anyone in office to answer phone. went Wednesday and still no blood pressure medication sent to pharmacy. doctors are great office people don't care.
RecommendedI was about 40 minutes early for me Covid shot appointment. Check in only took a few minutes. I don’t think I waited more than I was called back for the shot. I was informed about the dose I was receiving and was finished with the shot within seconds. I waited the obligatory 15 minutes for potential side affects, and was done before my original appointment time. Absolutely pleased!
Please don’t let a small town medical care center make you have second thoughts. Please know if they can’t help they will make sure to get you to the person that can. I live in New Orleans & don’t mind making a 4 1/2 hour drive to see my Primary Care Doctor. We are very blessed to have a wonderful staff & caring doctors in our small town. Please if your looking for a health care provider, I promise you want be disappointed.
I have never in my life been so insulted by such an unprofessional person as this was! You'd think she was a three year old gestapo telling me how I was going to behave and what I was going to do. She left derogatory remarks in my medical history and continued to argue with me over what I should do. I have the freewill to believe or disbelieve my diagnosis. Dr. Ballard has been my PC for several years. I chose her because she was convenient to my work. Although, I am no longer 5 minutes away, I make the 1 hour drive to Woodstock for care because she and her staff are thorough, caring, responsive and take the time to resolve whatever my health issue may be. I drive by many health care facilities to go to Cahaba Medical Care.
