RecommendedDr. Ballard has been my PC for several years. I chose her because she was convenient to my work. Although, I am no longer 5 minutes away, I make the 1 hour drive to Woodstock for care because she and her staff are thorough, caring, responsive and take the time to resolve whatever my health issue may be. I drive by many health care facilities to go to Cahaba Medical Care.

Front desk staff was very nice. The doctor at this place is the MOST uncaring and in compassionate lady I have ever in my 50 years met. I’d rate this place a ZERO (0). I was given a antibiotic that was way to strong and has caused me so much pain and a skin irritation. Dr. Ballard told me to come in to office or go to emergency room. I live in Alabaster and I have the Flu A. Seems she should have called in a antibiotic that wasn’t so strong
