I brought my 1997 Toyota Tacoma Xtra Cab 4x4 in for some routine maintenance. My service advisor was Jorge Rodriguez. As it turned out the truck needed more maintenance than I had anticipated. Jorge reviewed these additional items with me in detail and explained why they were needed. Jorge has excellent communication skills and is very customer oriented as well as being technically proficient. As usual I received the same great service that I have always received since I bought my truck at Camelback Toyota 30 years ago.
Nate was incredibly knowledgeable and kind. He was able to pivot quickly when the initial vehicle that we were looking for was not in stock. We wound up getting something much cooler and were in and out with a brand new car in just over 3 hours. This was our first time buying a brand new car and it was a delightful experience! Keep up the good work Nate and team!
