Outstanding service. Chase was honest, respectful, and did not pressure me into unnecessary add-ons. He encouraged me to compare prices, explained everything clearly, and a nail was found in my tire that another shop missed. The photos, transparency and discounts were greatly appreciated.. I saved money. My only concern is the credit- card processing fee, which is difficult for seniors who rely on credit cards for safety. I hope the dealership will reconsider this policy. I recently brought in my 1997 Toyota Tacoma Xtra cab four wheel drive for some routine maintenance as I’ve been doing for the last 29 years. Jorge was my service advisor and I told him I wanted an oil change and new coolant in the radiator. Well as what happens sometimes with a seasoned vehicle it needed some additional work.
