Called a different dealership right at 7am and expressed my issue with my vehicle and the need to get back home out of state that day. Employee told me to come right down and I’d get right in. I spend the half hour driving there only to be told I wouldn’t be seen for several hours and the part wouldn’t be there until the next day. 2 different employees said they always tell people to come down even when busy. I enjoyed speaking with everyone I came in contact with. My primary person of reference was Jocelyne and the negotiation for the vehicle was pleasant and conversational. I never felt pressured to do anything. The contact person in finance Ever was also cordial, professional and pleasant to interact. Overall this was a great experience. I ended up buying one car for my wife and one for me.
