My wife and I had our orientation meeting with Kimberly Diaz-Bissoon today. We dealt with Tracey (Tropic Harbor) to create a report concerning construction damage which needed to be addressed. She explained the process, we submitted a report and pictures and Tracey submitted everything on our behalf. She was polite, informative and efficient. Our problem was resolved in a timely manner!
