We dealt with Tracey (Tropic Harbor) to create a report concerning construction damage which needed to be addressed. Campbell manages the property where I reside. I had an issue and our property manager, AshleyGreico, assisted me in how to handle it. I would recommend her and Peggy Livingston, they both have been helpful since I moved here six months ago.

The friendly face of Kandy Conboy as one enters the office, is welcoming as she warmly greets everyone who visits the office. On a few occasions, I approached Ms Kandy with requests for guest parking space, and water leaking from the window during the rain. Ms Kandy updated us when the order was given out to the repair personnel and the leak and underlying issues were fixed and reported back.
