I recently relocated from Delray Beach. Prior to the relocation I was a Board member at Pineapple Grove Village condos (PGV) and worked closely with Michelle Fair, our LCAM. Michelle is an outstanding professional and has made a significant positive difference at PGV. She is able to manage a heavy workload while positively interacting with all residents. Her personality, disposition and ability to get work done reflect very favorably on Campbell and PGV.
Charmaine and Silvio Leal are amazing assets. Charmaine is a get it done kind of person and is so incredibly helpful and she really knows what she’s doing and always has the answer. My first experience with someone in your main office was terrible, she was rude and not very helpful. But Lorraine at Cascades of Lauderhill is amazing- she is patient, replies promptly to everything and is very polite and professional.
