RecommendedCharmaine Slingsby is the glue that keeps the office together. She must answer 1000 calls a day and always knows where to direct them. She is always pleasant even when the office has customers out the door and the phone keeps ringing:) She replaced someone (Lillian) who was in the position for many years and hopefully she'll be there for as long.
