I have been a resident in Riverhouse Towers for 25 years and saw many office managers come and go and none of them made a lasting impression. However, since Karen Brown took over, it has been a blessing to all of us. Pleasant, efficient, and knowledgeable. The best we ever had.
Dania was extremely helpful and professional. Steered is in the correct direction and did everything in a very expeditious manner. When she was unavailable in the office, one of her associates, Christina, was more than happy to help us and take our packet for Dania. Both were a great help and very professional !

At Ponte Vecchio West, we are fortunate to have Nancy Barlowe as our property manager. She is intelligent, patient, kind, cheerful and always available to help resolve any property issues. She deserves VERY high ratings--She is a 5-star manager and 5-star person.
When you're a "snowbird" you have no idea what a Property Manager does. You get emails up north,& since you are busy with a home, job and kids you really are not too involved. Since moving here full time 4 months ago I can tell you first hand what Nancy Barlow does and means to me. She is so in tune to all our needs. During this nightmare she updates us daily with so many ideas, links to get us through this and safe places that deliver or to go to.
