When you're a "snowbird" you have no idea what a Property Manager does. You get emails up north,& since you are busy with a home, job and kids you really are not too involved. I am very impressed with the Staff at Playa Del Mar. I was there to check on my Aunt last week, and upon my arrival changes were very obvious. The staff has become much more accommodating and content even amid the Coronavirus unrest, my Aunt shared that there is a new property manager (Marti) and that these improvements are due to her efforts. Rosie Bowers is our assistant manager and she is a tremendous asset to our condo association at Playa Del Mar. She handles all residents with the utmost professionalism, she multi tasks extremely well, and she handles all the bookkeeping for the building with complete accuracy. She gets along with all the owners (not an easy task) as well as all her co-workers. She is an excellent asset to any organization and we are very fortunate to have her working with us here.
