Great place to live and staff are great as well. Ann Manager and Yasmin assistant are professionals, and amazing to have as my Property management team. This place is peaceful and quiet, I've been a tenant since 2017. Nice location come check it out. There are plenty of places to walk/jog/run safely including Cal State Northridge as part of your path.

I moved into Candlewood almost 2 months ago and have had nothing but a great experience so far. The approval process was fast, I received a response within 2 hours after submitting everything required. Any request or inquiry I've made has always received a quick response. The unit I'm in is very spacious, and it's quiet. I hardly hear any noise. They are welcoming to pets. The office staff is very friendly and have always been available for questions. I love living at Candlewood North! I resident events are very fun, they are free and all residents are welcomed. The neighborhoods are so nice. The apartments are large with lots of space.

Just want to leave a review about Jessie in Maintenance! Jessie has been a big help and goes above & beyond to make sure everything is running properly and in order! He is professional, prompt, knowledgeable, kind, responsive, & super respectful! Jessie pointed out my toilet was making noise (which I thought was normal) but come to find out my toilet valve flapper had a crack in it ..which caused it to keep filling up with water.. The new management here, Marisol and Yasmine are awesome! They really do all they can to make sure that living here is as comfortable as possible. I have lived here for a few years now, and it is MUCH better since the new management has taken over. Everyone in the office are extremely sweet,and beyond helpful. Also, the maintenance always handles issues promptly!! The building has been updated and they also have cameras throughout the building now!

Beautiful apartments inside and out. Owners are always looking to beautify the facility and "upkeep" all parts of the complex. Management is great and very personable, friendly and great with kids. The maintenance crew are professional and efficient.

We just moved in last week and so far everything has been wonderful. From the moment we took a tour and started an application, the management team have been so friendly and professional. They are very helpful and are truly for their tenants. Our apartment is huge for a great and affordable price that was within our budget.
