The building is always filthy with dog poop everywhere. The staircases have trash and dog urine constantly. The trash bins are opened and bake in the sun. If you walk by them you are hit by a foul smell and large blue flies. There are always trash and soiled furniture in the garage area and they remain there for weeks. worst apartment ever, management started to lease to indian students they hang around around their patio 4 am in the morning, also all hallways full of with this students. management or leasing office dont care about this issue also their security patrol unit too, please be aware dont rent any apartment from this complex. otherwise you will end it up in police station because of fighting stupid neighbors
I lived there for over a year and found very few positives & a lot of negatives. Mostly negatives. I do not recommend living here unless it is only temporary. Pros- the apartments are fairly spacious & in good condition. The parking spaces are pretty good. The jacuzzis are nice. Cons- they say there is security, i have never once seen any type of security guard. The building always smell. Terrible place! terrible management and the common grounds are always filthy. The management is extremely rude and unhelpful. Power always goes out and they do nothing to help you, even when $200 of food goes bad in your fridge they offer you a water bottle to make up for it. They don't take care of the place and paying rent is always a hassle. They have actually lost our rent checks numerous times and then try to give us late fees.
