We walked-in today at 4:45pm to check out their 2-br with 2-bath. Although they close at 5pm, Justin was just the most accommodating and patient leasing consultant I've ever met! He showed the whole place to us (and it is huge!) and three units so we get to see what our different options are. The units were all very nice, spacious and just lovely! Our tour ended at around 5:20 and we were very thankful for Justin's thorough professionalism and passion. The customer service and the place itself deserve 5 stars!
i lived in candlewood north on the a building for 3 years and i loved it. yes the neighbors are a little noisy but what i loved about this place was the management and the maintenance and service workers. they were super friendly, and on top of their game. can't complain about them, i love patty, one of the managers their. i'm giving candlewood and their team 5 stars. they were awsome. but ....... i moved out about a week ago and i came to check on my mail and i just saw that there is a new company that just bought candlew... read more

We are very happy to be in this place. This is our home. All the staff are very friendly and great and they respond quickly to each request. We have been living here for 7 years now. It's a safe place to live especially when you have children.
I came into candlewood and needed to find an apartment that day. Daniel Regan has been extremely helpful and very professional. I would recommend seeing Daniel if you need help. I've been looking for many apartments and have dealt with rude people. He was awesome. Great guy and company. Thank you for your help

The staff the is excellent here. Im very pleased. Its was what we were looking for and feel right at home here.
It has been quite some time since I have lived in an apartment. So when I found myself back in the market for an apartment was I was a bit apprehensive in finding the right one at a fair price. After looking for a few places in the Norhtridge are I was taken by the space and atmosphere in Candlewood north. Granted that there were other comparable locations around and some at slightly better pricing. The building had a sense of being maintained and kept up. Are there a few blemishes here and there? I have been here for a year and chose this apt. Because it's so conveniently close to my school. I am happy with the leasing offfice people. They are so good at responding when I have needed assistance from them. I especially have had a good experience with Patty M. She has always been helpful and professional. Candlewood has a nice pool and Jacuzzi and BBQ area that is good to hang out . Great location.

I've been here for about 8 months for a job in Chatsworth. My experience was anything but positive. Too bad I had to leave and break my lease since I got another job 35 miles from Northridge. Pattie and Kevin, the property managers, are friendly, very responsive, and quickly address any issue I have. I only have to submit an online form (plumbing issues, power, ac etc...) and they usually send someone by no later than the next day. Been here for almost 2 years .It is one of the best apartments int Northridge, it is close to the university. The apartment itself is big and spacious. The leasing office workers are so helpful. Patty and Kevin they don't treat you like a resident, but more like a friend. Loved the place and the people
