Love calling this place home! I'm so glad I chose to lease here! The apartments are beautiful and the location is amazing. Super close to downtown and all the fun things to do in Austin, but tucked away among the hills and trees. It's quiet and peaceful - I love it!

Great place to live The good: Community is in a really nice, quiet location. You can actually hear the birds singing instead of road noise. Rent prices have gone up a bit, but I think it's still one of the best options in the area. The apartments are nicely renovated and well maintained. There's a creek running through the property with deer and other animals walking around. Maintenance staff is on it and the office team is full of genuinely kind people. Great location! Normally I wouldn’t write a review for an apartment tour but I visited Canyon Resort recently and Andrea made it such a great experience, I wanted to give a shout out. The property was beautiful, staff was friendly, and Andrea was super knowledgeable. She made it a really fun, informative tour. We even stopped to watch a baby deer!

Best cozy spot in Austin I've lived at Canyon Resort for several years and have had a consistently positive experience. Olivia has been incredibly helpful and attentive throughout my time here, and Greg is an outstanding property manager who truly cares about the residents. The community is well-maintained, and the staff is responsive and professional. I'm only relocating due to a work opportunity, but I highly recommend Canyon Resort to anyone looking for a reliable and welcoming place to live.
