In addition to the parcel pending locker room we've just installed, we also just completed our pool resurfacing and tile work. In the next few weeks we will have new pool furniture to kick off summer the best way possible. We are also pleased to announce that we have ordered new fitness equipment. I have lived... (Verified Renter) I have lived in apt #6107 for 1.5 years. During this time, the master bathroom has flooded at least 5 times. For at least 3 of these times, it was mentioned that the leak could be coming from a pipe in the external wall. On most occassions the leak occurs during the day, while I am at work. And when I returned home in the evening the bathroom floor is covered in water and the carpet in the master closet is saturated.
