Great location, quiet,... (Verified Renter) Great location, quiet, nice neighbors and staff. Maintenance always really fast with requests too. Not great for dogs though as not a lot of grassy areas and most relief areas are muddy constantly.

The location where... (Verified Renter) The location where this complex is located is beautiful and very convenient. There are improvements that need to be made. Parking is hard to find if someone comes back home after a certain hour. I have been told different things, that there will be parking tags, stickers and reserved spaces. The mail room is a complete mess. The boxes are messed up and need to be fixed. It's nice that a door was installed but the boxes need to be fixed.

I have recommended... (Verified Renter) I have recommended it to friends. The space is really nice in terms of size for price. I don't like how the AC drain is above the shower and drips into the shower. Their were lots of sloppy paint issues. And there are some things that are just kind of difficult. i.e. Finding Parking is actually kinda difficult. I am often out late and when I get back I often have to walk most of the way back to my apartment and have to park super far away.

I'm also surprised it's been so difficult simply to get a agreement on having the cabinets painted. Seems like a minor request for a place that calls themselves a luxury apartment. I stated in previous emails and correspondents that I would be willing to pay the small fee increase for the appliances as long as a simple paint update was done.
