My only reason... (Verified Renter) My only reason for not giving a 10 is that most of the people that I know would eventually move to a home that they owned. So, they would need to go month-to-month and pay lots for those months

In addition to the parcel pending locker room we've just installed, we also just completed our pool resurfacing and tile work. I have lived... (Verified Renter) I have lived in apt #6107 for 1.5 years. During this time, the master bathroom has flooded at least 5 times. For at least 3 of these times, it was mentioned that the leak could be coming from a pipe in the external wall. On most occassions the leak occurs during the day, while I am at work. And when I returned home in the evening the bathroom floor is covered in water and the carpet in the master closet is saturated. Valet trash and... (Verified Renter) Valet trash and pet fee's were a bit higher then other apartment communities. We never had the need for the valet trash but didn't have the option to opt out of the fee's. Like the roominess of the apartment and the location.
