Best Apartment Searching Experience I just visited Canyon Resort at Great Hills Apartments for a tour and when say the office staff starting with Greg to Jacob and Olivia was the most helpful and welcoming team out of the five tours I have taken this week at other Apartments. The location is great I was able to see a few deer around the office building it was just a great experience for me all the way around!!! I give this Ten Stars easy.

Great place to live! I have been living at Canyon Resort at Great Hills for almost 3 years. I love it here! Surrounded by woods, a quiet residential neighborhood and lots of deer. Apartments are spacious and comfortable. Pool is refreshing and clean Maintenance is outstanding. Issues are addressed immediately. Olivia in the rental office is super helpful all of the time! A literal resort!! This place is amazing from the office staff to the spacious rooms and bathrooms and do not forget the deer!! My bathroom is my sanctuary with a nice big garden tub I can decompress from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Great Property Management I’ve enjoyed the experience working with Canyon Resort at Great Hills with renovations. I’ve gotten a lot of feedback from the residents while on site. They seem to like the design and new layout. Feeling proud.

Great place to live! I have been living here for over 2 years now, and cannot recommend the Canyon Resort at Great Hills Apartments enough. The environment is nice and quiet, but close enough to everything you need. The property management team are truly there to serve the tenants. Whenever I reached out for assistance, they were quick to respond, and always pleasant to work with. The maintenance staff are also friendly and quick to address any maintenance requests. Hassle-Free Modern Living Moved into the property a month ago and my partner and I love it! Staff has been helpful and the unit is very nice, spacious and modern. The closeness to nature takes it over the edge!
