The Maintenance crew... (Verified Renter) The Maintenance crew fixed the problem of caulking my tub but left it dirty and didn’t clean after finished. Otherwise everything else has been pleasant with move in.

The location is... (Verified Renter) The location is superb. I love that it is a quiet complex tucked away from the busy streets. It is not cheap but is comparable to other rents in the area.
The only cons... (Verified Renter) The only cons I can think of is that most parking spaces appear to be for compact cars. Not many spots for trucks. Also, the business center hasn't worked at all since I moved here. No internet nor printer functionality.

I need more... (Verified Renter) I need more time to see how the new management is going to treat me. The place itself is beautiful surroundings, I love the wildlife here and the size and how quiet my apartment is. Let you know in a month or two.

My last apartment... (Verified Renter) My last apartment was a friendly place. They had monthly meals and games. The office staff and maintenance were very personable. There is a chill here but it may be because everyone is new and overworked. I don't know.
