Location is great... (Verified Renter) Location is great and quiet, apartments are large and no issue with maintenance/front office other than mgmt turnover is often.
I would because... (Verified Renter) I would because the complex is in a nice wooded area and it is generally quiet. I wouldn't because rent is just too high.
The views are... (Verified Renter) The views are incredible. The location is very good. It's a fairly quiet neighborhood despite being so close to 360. There are garages and I like the floorplans. On the downside, parking is poor unless you rent a garage. The upgraded cabinets, at least in my unit, were done without preparing the surfaces first so the paint is peeling off. The countertops and floors are done cheaply compared to most upgraded or new apartments with granite and wood.
Rent is slightly... (Verified Renter) Rent is slightly more expensive than what would be acceptable, but it is in a safer neighborhood in Austin. You get what you paid for.
Worst Management Similar to others, I have mixed reviews about this place, but mostly negative. Yes, the apartment complex itself is in a nice area, but thats about it. If you have a car that you care about, do NOT move here. The Management here may be the MOST incompetent I have ever come across in 30+ years. There is ALWAYS something major happening on the property. If it isnt Tree trimming that last for 2+months (the worst) or them doing Roof repairs, then its something else. Management is Unreasonable and Rude - stay away DO NOT RENT HERE, the management is rude and unreasonable. Over a holiday weekend couldn't make payment, but tried set to up for July 5th. They still charged me $191 late fee, refused to take my rent payment without it and 2 days later I had an eviction notice on my door!!! They will find a way to burn you, there are so many other more resident friendly apartments - please stay away from here!!!!

The valet trash... (Verified Renter) The valet trash service which is even more expensive now, is not consistently reliable.
Be aware (verified renter) Consider you will be charged random fees while you stay at his apartment from random water service billing to random trash service billing that is inadequate at providing the appropriate service. You will be deducted charges from your deposit for normal wear and tear that occurs from living for 3 years here and they will condescendingly go over those said charges, while giving no explanation, knowing they already have your money.
