I like living... (Verified Renter) I like living at Canyon Resort. I was really considering moving until Steadfast took over. I may still look just to be closer to my office and/or downtown Austin, but... we'll see!

I would suggest... (Verified Renter) I would suggest it - as the complex is nice however, I'd suggest making sure the apartment was ready before move in b/c historically maintenance requests have been slow.
I've loved living... (Verified Renter) I've loved living at Canyon Resorts for the past few years. I hope to continue living here, especially if the new management company is a pleasure to work with.
regardless of the... (Verified Renter) regardless of the maintenance issues we have, the location is gorgeous, the people are friendly. my only warning to future residents would be how horrible the residents are at driving. They don't obey the 5 mph signs and tailgate you every chance they get. the speed bumps are also a little too high. i'm pretty sure it;s ruining the car suspensions.

The views are... (Verified Renter) The views are incredible. The location is very good. It's a fairly quiet neighborhood despite being so close to 360. There are garages and I like the floorplans. On the downside, parking is poor unless you rent a garage. The upgraded cabinets, at least in my unit, were done without preparing the surfaces first so the paint is peeling off. The countertops and floors are done cheaply compared to most upgraded or new apartments with granite and wood.
Rent is slightly... (Verified Renter) Rent is slightly more expensive than what would be acceptable, but it is in a safer neighborhood in Austin. You get what you paid for.
