The crew was competent, polite, neat and cleaned up the site. I wrote to Capital with a punch list - 2 items: 1): no strike plate for a storm door. This was attended to. 2): my door warning device (Ring) was removed when the door was replaced & then reattached, but not in working order. I told Capital about this and have not had a reply/esponse
Such a great company! We'll definitely use them in the future for other projects we have in mind!
Overall I was satisfied with the work completed. I was not happy about the Very hard sell at time of quote. I asked for 24 Hours to think about the quote and was not afforded that time so I ended up signing and I overpaid. Lesson learned.
Capital Construction provides a high level of customer service from the sales call to the finished project. I was impressed with care the team took with my house and yard. The crew did an amazing job with the after project cleanup.
Everyone one was very easy to work with.

We were very pleased. They were very thorough, explained things in detail, and did everything they said they were going to do. They were straightforward, and we talked to a lot of different people. Different people came down at different times, and every issue was dealt with and resolved. It looks great.
I woulhd definitely recommend Capital Construction to a friend or family. They communicated during the entire process, returning calls promptly. They performed quality work well into the evening hours. Great job!
