Very professional and well executed from the start. Barry, our sales consultant, spent two hours with me discussing various options, measuring the roof dimensions, and inspecting what he could from outside and the attic. The work started at least a few weeks earlier than I expected, and was done within the promised time. There was one major overrun due to the plywood being in worse shape than anticipated, but that can happen and I do not believe it was due to any poor diligence on Capital Construction's part. This was a big project for us, both in cost and physical impact on our house. Our roof is large and complex so we are glad we went with a company that pointed out and performed all the involved steps with our shingles, rubber and stucco.
