Very accommodating and professional
As the property manager, I was in need of a roof replacement at a high end property in the Back Bay area of Boston. It was a complex roof replacement, as there are 22 hvac condensers and 2 decks with electric components. After receiving several proposals, we choose Capitol Construction for the roof replacement. I’d recommend Capital Construction to anyone. I already have…
They didn't communicate with me on a couple of things. I got a lot of emails and phone calls but when I was waiting for someone there was no one there. I got to the location after traveling 2 hours and the supervisor did not show up. The crew was there but none of them spoke English. I found out that the supervisor had a meeting but I was never told. Also, the porta potty has yet to be removed.
We would like to recommend Capital Construction for any construction job. They were pleasant to talk to ,efficient in the work project . .We would recommend them for any contract job.
I feel like the project was a little more than i wanted to pay, but because the initial team was so polite and professional and i felt that the work would be completed on time and in an superior manner. If someone asked me about Capital Construction I would recommend them
