Sam was very helpful and pleasant to work with. She was able to hone in on each of our styles and help us find a house that pleased both of us. She helped a lot with negotiating prices. Definitely will use her again in the future.
Sam was extremely helpful in assisting us locate, negotiate and purchase our 1st house. She fought hard to get us the best deal and make sure all the finer details were taken care of properly. I would highly recommend her to any home buyer as her attention to detail and responsiveness is second to none. She is also very friendly and easy to talk to which made the process very smooth.
Nicole is insightful, honest, and accurate about the market. She is also pleasant to work with and seems to work all hours! Not uncommon to get emails from her at 11pm with followup or suggestions. I am glad she and I worked together on the sale!
