I recently sold a rental property with Mr. Carbutti. From his initial analysis on property valuation until closing, he was thorough and responsive. Our transaction was not an easy one. But Pete stayed calm and helped us through every step of the way. He never gave up and continued to fight for us no matter what. And at the closing he remained present and aware, explaining anything I did not understand, asking questions to make sure we were taken care of. Pete Carbutti is a good, honest and loyal person/realtor! We are so grateful for his service and friendship!!

Dan was great to work with, very easy going, and explained things in a simple way to understand. He never pressured you into making a decision one way or the other. Dan took care of everything from having the photo shoot done to suggesting a lawyer to represent us when we sold our house. Which sold in two days. Awesome experience, very personable and a go-getter. Andrew made everything so easy, responded quickly to our many tiring questions, (well in our eyes). Sally was wonderful to work with. She answers calls/texts quickly. She worked with me to find a home in the location and price range I wanted. As a first time homebuyer she was able to explain/guide me through the process. She negotiated with the sellers during some issues found around the time of closing.

Peter was fantastic!! He helped us sell our home within days of it hitting the market. We listed on Friday with plans on the open house being the upcoming Sunday. We were fortunate enough to receive an offer before the open house even took place. From start to finish, Peter was professional, understanding, knowledgeable and most of all, patient. I only wish we could have used him to purchase our home the first time!!!

Moving from Virginia to Connecticut is not easy. Sally helped above and beyond what she needed to do. She showed us over a dozen houses until we found the right one. She is a polished professional and maintained her cool with some difficult customers. (That would be us.)

As a first time home buyer I had a great experience. The process can be a bit overwhelming unless your realtor walks you through it. Joe took me as many times as i asked and was always a text away. Thank you Joe for the great experience. Cheers .. And i would highly recommend!!
