Great to work with. He was always willing to answer any question and was great finding a price to list the house. We interviewed five other realtors and picked Peter as he seemed to be the best. He also suggested that we update the electrical and we put a new roof and I thibk that is how it got sold on the first day. Also the price he suggested was fair and was one of the reasons it sold so quickly.

As a former Wallingford Real estate agent I knew I'd be calling Peter when it came time to sell my Yalesville property. I valued his professionalism and knowledge of the real estate market. Nicole was great. She made this first time home buying process simple and smooth. She answered all questions and concerns quickly and honestly regardless of how many we had. Pete is one of the hardest working Realtors on this planet. He never gave up and was on top of every step. Answered my emails & phone calls ASAP . He was a man of his word when he said he would find me a Buyer and he did for the FULL PRICE I was asking. Would highly recommend .

Heather helped my fiancé and I buy our first home. She is an amazing realtor and person. She was always readily available. She answered every question and concern that we had. She made the process of searching and buying a house a breeze! If it wasn’t for her persistence I wouldn’t be in my house right now! Peter was amazing! We were in a very unusual situation where we needed to sell our home very quickly but could not afford to take a loss under any circumstances. Peter very adeptly assessed the situation and equally assessed the value of our home fairly. We sold in two days for $5,000 over asking based on our marketing strategy thanks to Peters suggestion. Peter even handled problems the buyers realtor should have handled but didn’t. Can’t recommend anyone more highly

Miss Lori is by far the best Real Estate Agent we could have asked for. My wife and I have worked with multiple agents prior to Miss Lori and no offense to them, but none came close to the dedication she showed. Dan was very through in his explanation of the process of selling my mother's home to both of us. He help us get everything in place and kept us informed at every step. I truly believe his suggestion to remove the old wall to wall carpeting to reveal the hardwood floors was a great selling point. i would recommend him without any hesitation.

I never expected the sale of my house to not only happen so quickly, but so seamlessly. Nicole knew the market and the area so well and it made the entire process so easy. Relocating out of state is not easy and timing is always an big factor; but I can say without a doubt that I had the best offer on the sale that I could have asked for.
