Peter what can I say? I know there were times I was texting with you at Midnight. I would like to say Thank You for your prompt response to my phone calls, questions and concerns. The moment I met Heather I knew she was the right person to help me find a home. She is very knowledgeable about the whole process.. made it very easy for us. She was always available when we needed to go see homes. I’m super happy we found our home and couldn’t have done it without her.

Knows the downtown Wallingsford area well. Had multiple open houses, more than expected. always answered emails, calls or text quickly has a can do attitude. he made the sale happen. would highly recommend him.

Pete did an amazing job representing our home. He knows the business, understands the value of the house and very well connected to the customer. Our house sold much faster than anyone else could do it. The social medial features and tools of the company helped ensure we found the right buyers. Highly recommended.

Pete was recommended to us by a very satisfied family friend. My brothers and I felt altogether comfortable in our interactions with Pete. He was promptly responsive to our questions, and provided effective advice, guidance, and support. Great to work with. He was always willing to answer any question and was great finding a price to list the house. We interviewed five other realtors and picked Peter as he seemed to be the best. He also suggested that we update the electrical and we put a new roof and I thibk that is how it got sold on the first day. Also the price he suggested was fair and was one of the reasons it sold so quickly.
