Sam was extremely helpful in assisting us locate, negotiate and purchase our 1st house. She fought hard to get us the best deal and make sure all the finer details were taken care of properly. I would highly recommend her to any home buyer as her attention to detail and responsiveness is second to none. She is also very friendly and easy to talk to which made the process very smooth.

Nicole is insightful, honest, and accurate about the market. She is also pleasant to work with and seems to work all hours! Not uncommon to get emails from her at 11pm with followup or suggestions. I am glad she and I worked together on the sale!

Ranee Bibisi has been a blessing! She is knowledgeable and goes above and beyond for her clients! Ranee has great negotiation skills! She won’t stop until you are happy! I highly recommend Ranee as a realtor. She doesn’t disappoint. The whole Carbutti team is wonderful! I will definitely be referring Ranee and Carbutti to my friends and family.

Since we had never sold a home before, we were very nervous going on, but Heather made the process very easy . She was so easy to work with and guided us thru everything right until the closing. She always took any call and responded quickly. We were able to sell the house in only 1 day . We would highly recommend her and would use her services again in the future.

Knows the downtown Wallingsford area well. Had multiple open houses, more than expected. always answered emails, calls or text quickly has a can do attitude. he made the sale happen. would highly recommend him.
