Highly recommend Pete from Carbutti Realtors! He was very professional from start to finish with the whole process. He did exactly what he said he would do, which was selling our house! He was there for us with any questions we had, and answered them in a timely manner. We would most definitely use him in the future! Thank you for everything Pete!

I would most definitely recommend Pete to anyone looking to sell their house. I had other agents and was unsuccessful, when I met Pete he said to me if he doesn’t sell my house in 90days then he isn’t doing his job. I came through and sold my house. He answered me back quickly whenever I had questions, I don’t think this guys sleeps lol.

Nicole was such a big help especially for us being first time homebuyers, not knowing what we were doing! She explained the entire process with us before getting stsrted and found us our dream home on the first try! The whole process took us 6 weeks and Nicole was always quick to get everything done for us and responsive when we had questions! I would recommend her to anyone!!

As a first time homebuyer, Scott made the process so easy. He was such a pleasure to work with. Scott understood all our needs in a home and never made any of our requests seem silly. He was always responsive to our calls and emails. I would highly recommend Scott as a realtor to those who are buying or selling!

I met Scott at an open house and immediately wanted to work with him to help me find a home. He was extremely responsive and seemed to know a lot about the areas I was looking and as a first time home buyer felt he always had my best interest in mind. He has a great attitude, gives great guidance, and I highly recommend working with him. While I don't plan to ever move out of my new home, I would definitely work with Scott again in the future if I need to.

Melissa has been wonderful to work with. She's extremely responsive to messages, no matter what time of day, and has a ton of Real Estate knowledge! After having interviewed three local realtors, we were drawn to Peter Carbutti because of his knowledge as he answered all of our questions. He was the only one of the three realtors to want a 90 day contract saying that there is something wrong if he can't sell the house in that time frame. This instilled even more confidence in him.
