Met personally with Jonathan and was presented a power point presentation of the process of buying and selling a home. He took his time, making me feel I was the only client seeing him that day, and used layman's terms as I was pretty new to the process. Saying I was highly impressed with Jonathan and his innovative ways of the real estate process would be an understatement. Peter truly cares about his clients. There are 3 owners on this property and he dealt with all of our personalities, questions and concerns promptly, patiently and professionally. He gave us honest feedback from all of our showings and he also gave us his honest opinion. We are very happy that he was able to sell the home. So very pleased with the professionalism and knowledge of our realtor, Ranee. She worked very aggressively to sell our home in less than 30 days. We are more than pleased. Ranee also found us the perfect condo for our needs. And she worked deligently to get the buyers of our home and the sellers of the condo to agree on a closing date. Ranee has been great; she has been following up very quickly in and around the area for suggestions on investment properties that we might want to look at. Peter is a very knowledgeable agent who is a pleasure to do business with. Unfortunately we didn't get to spend to much time together because he listed our house at 7p.m. on a Friday evening and had a showing for the next day at 12 noon then a offer for full asking price by 2 p.m. . Peter really made the whole process of selling our home a pleasant experience from start to finish . We highly recommend him.

I don't know what I would have done without Melissa's expertise and guidance. This has been an eye opening experience for me and Melissa was there every step of the way advising and assisting me.
