I had attempted to sell my house and down size once before, but my house sat on the market for a year with no offers and only a handful of showings, so when I decided to start the process again I was a bit weary of being let down. Peter is great to deal with and highly responsive. He helped me sell a house that had some issues. He was very helpful on advice on what to do to make the property sale able without putting in money I would not get a return on. He is a very down to earth guy who will make your transaction go smoothly.

Jonathan and his staff are extremely knowledgeable and honest. They make realistic valuations of property and they work hard to sell your house quickly. If problems arise, they are there to make sure that they get them resolved and that the closing goes smoothly. Would highly recommend. They are also very knowledgeable if you are looking to buy. They showed me condos I was looking to purchase and also helped me rent a unit.
