I don't know what I would have done without Melissa's expertise and guidance. This has been an eye opening experience for me and Melissa was there every step of the way advising and assisting me. I was surprised to learn she was a new Agent, as she was very knowledgeable in all aspects of my purchase-from looking at properties to the closing. She is a great asset to her Agency.

The process of buying a first home can be overwhelming and extremely intimidating. We had the opportunity to attend Heather Castro’s “First Time Home Buyers Seminar” and we are so glad that we did! Heather and her knowledgeable team walked us through all of the steps that are taken during the home buying process, answered all of our financing questions, and my husband and I are now taking the steps needed to purchase our first home.
