Very disappointed in this place after having such a great first annual visit for my cat. My cat had fleas and I called first thing in the AM before work to see if they had medicine in stock. They confirmed they did and I could come pick it up. I hopped in the car and drove all the way there only to be told they did not have the medicine. It was a big inconvenience to my work day and caused me more of a hassle wasting my time driving there only to be told they didn't have the medicine.

UPDATE: A day or two after I wrote my review, I received a call from Caring Hands saying they saw my review and were very sorry about everything that happened. While that's a nice thought, maybe if they spent a little more time taking care of their patients and a little less time checking their Yelp reviews, this kind of thing wouldn't happen. 2nd UPDATE: I decided to give Caring Hands another chance, so I started taking the cat to the Van Dorn location. I really wanted to like this place. I went in super thrilled to have a vet just down the road with such good reviews. The place was clean and the office staff was friendly enough. But my dog, who looooooves everyone, was very wary of the doctor. Further, when I called to schedule the appointment, I said it was for cutting her nails and a gland expression, so they said an apt with a tech would be best. This vet is very expensive-- quoted me $500+ to have my small dog neutered. Taking him to NC where they quoted me $155!
