Awesome Room was especially pretty , I was able to open the window for sleeping in a safe neighborhood. Room had a comfortable 2 chairs and table Not jammed w furniture, large closet and fridge
Very Good The bed was uncomfortable but otherwise everything else was great. The website at bookings.com stated that free breakfast is included but actually it’s not. Please update your website. The location was great (city center), close to grocery store (Bruno)& restaurants such as Yafa, the Forge, La Ballena & Casanova. They have parking although compact. Plenty of street parking just outside the hotel.
We were there to attend a wedding in Big Sur and were able to quickly find a deli for lunch. It was a beautiful room which had antique furniture that I would have loved to have in my own home. They were very accommodating when I told them that we needed an early check-in so that we could meet a shuttle for a wedding in Big Sur by 2:30 p.m.
Pleasant TV operation was very difficult. Poor instructions. Was giving the wrong information to connect to WiFi

Lovely staff. The TV hookup, satellite box process REALLY needs addressing. I was able to figure it out (plug in wires) but a professional needs to make it easy for a grandma to simply turn on. Not read a poorly-spelled “instruction sheet” taped to inside of old TV cabinet.
