We have stayed here for many years. Have mentioned improvements needed. Mattress needs to be replaced springs popping. Floor creeks when walking on from bedroom to bathroom. Cushions on sofa and chairs need to be fixed. Front door sticks on opening from outside. Needs new remote control for TV. Room 22 Location, room size were good. Managers friendly.
