We were pleased to find this reasonably priced Victorian hotel in Carmel by the sea. The parking lot was small and I was concerned that our parking space wouldn't be there when we came back, but it was. It was an older property but made up for it with charm. The rooms and the lobby were decorated with Victorian décor. Parking lot was small, but fortunately for us, we had a spot every time we left and came back. Exceptional The breakfast could be better but was the best we found in all the places we stood in California. Great place. New forniture but kind of old style. Spacious bedrooms, comfy bed, nice toilet. The location is amazing. A lot of good restaurants right in front of this hotel. Less then 2mins walking to the center.
