Innkeepers are amazing! We had until 11am to check out. Went to breakfast at 10am and came back at 10:30am to find housekeepers were already cleaning our room and our room keys didn’t work. Also, we only had one large towel this time. We love staying here. The Innkeepers are wonderful and friendly. We have stayed at this property three time prior to this. But we will go back again and recommend it to friends and family.

Clean, close to Ocean Ave, downtown, shopping, restaurants close by. Friendly, accomodating. Bed sheets are old, worn, past their prime. Needs lighting for the coffee machine. Carpet needs updating. Close to downtown Carmel. Quiet and felt safe. Upgraded bathroom. Staff was pleasant.
