Okay and convenient. Breakfast seemed stale, and the facilities/rooms were worn around the edges. Really needs a facelift in general, but the bathrooms are nice and updated. Carmel Bay View Inn down the road, while slightly more expensive, has much better appeal, look and feel. The location to downtown Carmel was fantastic and the staff was very amenable.
