Nothing fancy but our stay was fine. The view was just the back of buildings. Room could be updated. There were small holes in our blankets. Breakfast was not amazing- just toast, dry bagels and cereal. Far from the beach. Pool was not useable. Bathroom was updated and nice. Lots of warm water. Bath tub and shower. Beds were comfy. Fridge and microwave was nice in our room. Nice location to small grocery store just a few blocks away.

Excellent Motel in the heart of Carmel by the sea The breakfast was for free but with very limited range of choice. Very good quality motel in the city center of Carmel by the sea, the room was big, comfortable, silent, in a typical English style, free parking, good quality price balance.

Awesome Great friendly staff, I was running late to check out due to traffic at Pebble car week and the staff were very friendly and understanding. The location is brilliant, rooms are very comfortable with all amenities that you would expect from a good hotel.

Location, location, location - 5 Stars. Bed - I hope they upgrade the mattresses. Overall the décor was dated. Deco fabrics seemed old and drab. Deeper colors take away from the light and airy feel of an ocean-side town. The bed was not comfortable. I could hear the springs inside of the bed when I moved. The pool was not operational.
