Amy immediately showed us the Tempur-Pedic mattresses that we asked to see. We asked to see other brands. We bought the Tempur-Pedic!

Amy assisted us with numerous decisions on furniture for a house that is under construction. She listened carefully to long descriptions of issues we wanted to be sure to address with what will likely be our last major furniture purchases. Amy was great at helping us as soon as we walked through the door! My wife and I had been all over asheville looking for bar stools and finally found what we wanted at Carolina Furniture. She didn’t have what we wanted in the store but had them in the warehouse. Picking up our bar stools from the warehouse was a breeze. Called the warehouse an hour before we arrived and was able to back right up to the dock and load them easily in 5 minutes. Great experience!
