Always get great service here. Have bought various pieces of furniture here and will always come back. Bully was our Salesian’s did a great job. Very pleased.

Amy was the lady that took care of me. I had a lot of furniture to buy because I had just bought a home, so it took a lot of time to pick stuff out. She was so helpful and patient with me ( I have four kids including a nursing infant ), we found furniture to stock my entire house. Service with a smile is what I received from Amy, I highly recommend shopping here. Even if the furniture is not in store she found it for me. Great customer service, great selection, pleasant shopping atmosphere with no pressure. My salesperson, Willie in the Waynesville store, was a great help, very courteous, friendly and customer oriented. I found exactly what I was looking for and was very pleased with the sale price and optional pet warranty I was offered. The only negative thing was the shipping cost of $199 through a third party contractor. I suggest that might be re-thought. Otherwise, great experience!
