Amy was great at helping us as soon as we walked through the door! My wife and I had been all over asheville looking for bar stools and finally found what we wanted at Carolina Furniture. She didn’t have what we wanted in the store but had them in the warehouse. Picking up our bar stools from the warehouse was a breeze. Called the warehouse an hour before we arrived and was able to back right up to the dock and load them easily in 5 minutes. Great experience!

Furniture arrived exactly when it was promised and commutation was outstanding! There was a small problem with one loveseat but within a couple of days a repair was scheduled and is now complete! Diana in the Asheville office was exceptionally helpful -in keeping is informed and following up! Sales lady in Waynesville was also very professional and helpful! We’re a totally satisfied return customer and will be back again!
