Amy was the lady that took care of me. I had a lot of furniture to buy because I had just bought a home, so it took a lot of time to pick stuff out. She was so helpful and patient with me ( I have four kids including a nursing infant ), we found furniture to stock my entire house. Great customer service, great selection, pleasant shopping atmosphere with no pressure. My salesperson, Willie in the Waynesville store, was a great help, very courteous, friendly and customer oriented. I found exactly what I was looking for and was very pleased with the sale price and optional pet warranty I was offered. The only negative thing was the shipping cost of $199 through a third party contractor. I suggest that might be re-thought. Otherwise, great experience!
