Very unfortunate experience today at Beaverton Nissan. They are my local dealership so went in to test drive a vehicle. Had set up and appointment and had communicated with at least 2 people regarding the models I was hoping to drive and was told they’d be pulled up for me. Unfortunately neither were ready when I got there. Went for a test drive and the sales person decided to come along (other people in the dealership were able to drive alone).
