Verified Renter The office staff is very friendly. They offer a pool and gym facility. For the amount of rent that is paid, you would imagine that the apartments themselves would be in better upkeep (stairs falling apart, old appliances that are removed from apartments left to sit in common areas or under stairs for weeks, terrible paint jobs inside-painted with some sort of paint that chips off when you touch it).
