It feels very homey and I enjoy being there. The issues that I have problems with are minor and easily fixed. Overall, I think it is a really good place to live!

Verified Renter Cascade Falls is the best value apartments in the Cuyahoga Falls/West Akron area. In-suite washer/dryer, a kitchen pantry, two bathrooms, and four bedrooms for what most places charge for two bedrooms at best is phenomenal. The office staff is friendly and does try to help with any issues as quickly as possible. They seem to be making upgrades to the interiors and exteriors as well, so it's an added bonus. Verified Renter I just want to say I love my home that God has blessed me with. It's very beautiful !
My first luxary apartment. Well, no where in the description does it state that these are luxary apartments, but to me they are. I've rented a 3 bed 2 bath apartment it comes with a washer dryer hook up and a swimming pool. Its very quit and a great place to raise children. The school bus comes almost to our door to pick them up and the staff in the leasing office is so friendly and polite.
