Joke This place is a joke. I am sitting here for the 5th time in less then a year of being here that my water was shut off for “normal matinance” with no warning or if they give one its 8 the night before. Matinance is a joke in general. There 24 hour matinance guarantee on there website is a joke. They promise to reemburse you which they don’t. Awful place I would not recommend living here, it is a very awful place! The pictures on this website look Nothing like cascade Falls in the inside!!! Management is very rude!! You will Regret it if you move here!! 0-10 I would rate this place a -6
This place is a joke. They don't listen, maintenance would prefer to be paid but not do their job. They are always under new management and the people in the office could care less about the tenants. The sit on their phones doing everything except work then they complain about their paychecks. They refuse to replace the windows even though they know that mold forms on them every winter. They are the worst apartments I have been in yet. Can't wit to move.
