Verified Renter The grounds are kept a mess, unprofessional, never care about immediate tenant concerns, maintenance never knows how to fix anything
Verified Renter These apartments used to be better as far as price and cleanliness. Now they cost more, things are outdated, structure is sliding, parking is crowded, grounds are not well kept and there's never any events offered to residents.
Verified Renter Happy there is a new property manager and I hope this one knows what is going on!! There is trash EVERYWHERE!!! Place needs cleaned up bad!!!!!! The breezeways have broken glass and mud thrown everywhere along with the ceiling coming down!

Verified Renter Cascade Falls is not a good place to live. The apartments are nice, but if you don't want to live with a constant headache and a management staff that dodges calls, and does not return them then this is not the place for you.
Verified Renter The grass is never cut, most recently it has not been cut for 3 weeks, certain staff is sometimes rude, and Maintenence takes an average of two weeks to respond to anything.
Very noisy, no privacy Do not live here if you are looking for quiet. Kids are outside doors and windows screaming all the time, they leave toys and garbage in common areas, and you hear every footstep your neighbors make all hours of the day. Kids are constantly looking in and trying to come in. The management gave us the wrong dimensions for the apartment prior to moving, and maintenance has been here too many times. Was not cleaned prior to moving in either.

Verified Renter I have lived here over a month. There are many things wrong, including MOLD, electrical outlets coming out of walls, my dishwasher panel isn’t secured, (just to name a few) that still hasn’t been taken care of. I’m TIRED of hounding my property manager to communicate with maintenance to fix these items.
