Not all lenders are the same. Not by a long shot. I've dealt with other lenders and did not have good relations. Cascade Financial on the other hand went above and beyond to get my deal approved and closed within a reasonable time period. They are far more knowledgeable than most lenders I've worked with - or maybe they just care a lot more.
