At first I thought this was a good company to do business with. Everything was fine till I sold my place. Now they refuse to report the sale to credit bureau. I have called and was given the run around and even put a dispute in with ****** still nothing. They absolutely do not care about customers find another loan.

My sister just told me this...she is kind of in a bind and was trying to borrow money...800...they expected her to pay back almost 3000...WTF...HOW ARE THEY ALLOWED TO DO THIS...PREDATORY *****

I was happy with this company to begin with the ladies that were helping were fantastic but towards the end I had to deal with ********* lot more and he was a *****. He lied and did everything he could to make me look like the bad guy in the situation it honestly sucked. If I could have only dealt with the ladies it would have been a 5 star for sure

Terrible company. I bought a double wide from Claytons and used this company for my mortgage sadly. I had a terrible dealer and I had expressed my fear that the wouldnt hold up their end of the deal. Cascade assured me they would and funded the deal. That being said my mortgage payment came due and I wasnt even able to live in the home l. Currently 3 months in and all of my promises have not been done. I have no leverage with the dealer due to cascade funding the deal before everything was done. Terrible lending experience. My preapproval was changed twice without a change of my personal information and I wasnt notified by Cascade. I was as tossed around to multiple different departments and requests for information and requirements were not communicated effectively. Very confusing and little help.

Do not waste your time with this company. I was approved, filled out the contract and was ready to go with the closing date on my property. 1 week from my closing date ********************* completely ghosted me, my husband the realtor and the seller. I had to take off and call the company every 5 minutes until I got ahold of someone. Thats when they told me I had a discrepancy on my credit report and they could not approve me. After I was told that I was approved and **** had me sign my contract and asked me for my bank card information so the money can get deposited then **** told me I was not approved...don't use this company...run

RUN FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!! These people are predatory lenders and have zero custimer service. They have reported me 30 days late after I refinanced and a new company paid them off. I have disputed te nformation TO INCLUDE A LETTER FROM THE NEW COMPANY SAYING so and the continually report me late. And they've lied to mother and almost got her to refinance her 5% loan at 9% in the ast few months, WHY ? Good luck dealing with anyone there that has half a brain!

I have applied for a mortgage *********** under the CARES Act due to a financial hardship caused by COVID 19. The CARES Act is actual federal law, which states, your mortgage company must grant *********** when requested, and may not ask the homeowner to fill out any forms, or provide proof of hardship. However, that is exactly what Cascade is telling me I have to do. These people are not following federal law. They are aware of the law, but are completely uncooperative.
