I have been suffering the same damages as others. I've been charged a $492 late payment in 2/2022 and $20-40 every month when the account is paid on time every month. Csr has no idea why. Called 4 times they won't remove it. Called the loan manager who knows nothing. Wrote customer service 4 emails no answer I'm told to keep paying the late charges for over 2.5 years. I am ready to file a civil complaint and join or start a class action lawsuit for illegal and deceptive practices and fraud.

My 70 yrs old mother called to see if she can get an extension on her ****. A woman got rude to her and called her lazy. She started saying some bad things. How can someone talk to a 70 yrs old with bad health like that.

This was the WORST Company I have ever dealt with in my life. There was little to no information given unless it was something they wanted or needed. Consistently changed the APR %, had us initially approved for less than 3% and almost 4 months later said a appraisal had not been done so now the rate was going to be almost 7%. Required us to provide information that was irrelevant to the loan. We were told that a modular home would make property appraise for more than a manufactured home. This business is misleading. I always paid my **** online on time. When tried to make a payment this month (March 2022), the balance due was zero. I was assuming since the balance due was zero that I was done making payments. I assumed that I would be getting a title in the mail. I called them and they said I had a deferred balance. I will admit that they did allow me to skip a payment during the pandemic. I assumed it was tacked on to the remaining balance. We receive our statement every month. Every month it's saying something different. For instance, November of 2021 shows amount due $1,099.17. December of 2021 shows amount due $3,152.87. January of 2022 shows amount $3,104.72. My payment is $1001.77 . Now my February statement shows $492.95. Yeah it bounces around. They also charge late fees and drop my credit score 14 when my bank shows they received the check but do not cash it for 2 weeks. I get specific instructions to withdrawal a payment from my bank account and the withdrew it early. Causing an overdraft fee. Still trying to get ahold of them. I just called today Monday January 3rd, 2022 @12:00 pm. Got a recording saying to call during business hours. I sent an email on the first which was a holiday but figuring Id hear from them today. But apparently today is not a business day.

I have been in an ongoing insurance claim with cascade for over a year now. The loss draft department has failed to communicate any issues with documentation that has been sent in. After a month of my final inspection I called to check the status and was informed that the paperwork had been "lost" during a change over. The agent got the paperwork sent over. Worked all through pandemic paid mortgage early every month, got laid off end of in **** was using savings to pay, up until I requested a deferral, for September, we were told we could get 3 months deferral , so then we got one and Paid the escrow, then requested another for October, now waiting on November, we get told today we have to pay escrow for Oct then a full mortgage payment then another escrow, if we had the full mortgage we wouldn't need the deferral, i just went back to work but i still haven't received our unemp... read more
