This lending company went above and beyond to assist me when I mistakenly overpaid my mortgage payment. If you are not in a hurry to resolve an issue then go through the regular agents, but if you need immediate assistance I highly recommend going to the Supervisor. You will not be sorry! I, for one, appreciate the compassion and professionalism extended to me to correct my blunder so promptly. Thank you Cascade!

Had me sign a contract but failed to follow through with the deposit. Now they have a contract I signed to withdraw automatic payments from my checking account but never funded the loan. Dont waste your time.
I was recently in a natural disaster in *** and lost three business had no power water or cell service for ************************************ the midst of it. Applied for **** got denied lost 5 fridges of food between my home and business. Had to put my road back which cost $1500 I finally was able to contact cascade and asked for help with 1 month payment (October). At first I thought this was the best company. Everything was so easy. However, after some storm damage we had to have some repairs to our home. With the check from the insurance company being made out to us and the mortgage company, we signed everything and sent it back to them. They have since made us jump through hoops to get them to send the company that did the work to release the payment to them. At first I thought this was a good company to do business with. Everything was fine till I sold my place. Now they refuse to report the sale to credit bureau. I have called and was given the run around and even put a dispute in with ****** still nothing. They absolutely do not care about customers find another loan.

My sister just told me this...she is kind of in a bind and was trying to borrow money...800...they expected her to pay back almost 3000...WTF...HOW ARE THEY ALLOWED TO DO THIS...PREDATORY *****
I was happy with this company to begin with the ladies that were helping were fantastic but towards the end I had to deal with ********* lot more and he was a *****. He lied and did everything he could to make me look like the bad guy in the situation it honestly sucked. If I could have only dealt with the ladies it would have been a 5 star for sure
