The first contact was quick, they were pleasant and respectful. They kept in contact until the technician was to arrive. They sent a photo so I would know who I should let in my home. I got a call within the hour telling me how long a wait I had. Mr. Tony was right on time. It was a pleasure working with him and I would definitely call Cass again for any plumbing needs and I would certainly recommend them to anyone for great, fast and honest service.
Cass plumbing contacted me right away, even though it wasn?t an emergency. He was very professional and I was able to make my appointment on Tuesday night they were here the next day.
