A supervisor called in advance to advise they were able to respond sooner than scheduled. The repair man arrived 2.5 hours early and was very professional. I was given an original estimate that was updated upon discovery of some unforeseen conditions. After it was determined that the issue was primarily a failing component of the City's Water Department, the crew waited a reasonable amount of time for the City to respond. Quick and Professional. Great Quality Assurance. Cass Plumbing installed a commercial grade water heater. A little more expensive than a residential one, but works great. They got everything done in a little more than two hours and removed the old equipment. I would consider hiring them again 100%.
Great service from a plumber who seemed very knowledgeable, who also gave advice how to avoid similar problems in the future - which was nice, they didn't have to do that. I'll definitely use them again if we need a plumber.
Great service and quick repair. We thought he was a little on the expensive side. We had to run to the store to get the toilet part he needed. We assumed he would have the simple part we needed.
They response quickly, they are very professional and fix my problem, I recommend them.
